Our Whole Lives (OWL) is an age-appropriate sexuality education curriculum for youth in grades 7-9, which meets weekly for about 6 months. The program is designed to help participants make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health and behavior. It equips participants with accurate, age-appropriate information in six subject areas: human development, relationships, personal skills, sexual behavior, sexual health, and society and culture. Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, OWL not only provides facts about anatomy and human development, but also helps participants clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of sexuality.

We also offer OWL for younger children, in grades 4-6. This 9-week sexuality education program is designed to help children learn about sexuality, reproduction, and gender identity, make responsible decisions, and communicate openly with their family while developing their sense of self and self-esteem.
